Day 1:

Arrival at Ngurah Rai Airport – Meet and Greeting with Our Driver – Transfer to Hotel in Ubud Area – Lunch – Vinyasa Yoga

• Vinyasa Yoga is an approch to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next. It is a dynamic practice where you move through a flow of different yoga poses. This heart-pumping session may be a good addition to your cardio routine. Vinyasa is also a great way to improve your strength, muscle tone, and endurance.

Day 2:

Meditation – Breakfast – Hatta Yoga Flow at 16.00 – Massage at 20.00 – Dinner – Back to Hotel

It can take various forms,but generally, it includes techniques such as focused attention, mindfulness, guided visualization, and loving-kindness meditation.
• Hatta flow yoga is a dynamic practice that combines the foundational postures of Hatha yoga with a fluid, flowing sequence. This style emphasizes the transition between poses, creating a smooth and continuous flow that connects movement with breath.This style of yoga is accessible to practitioners ofall levels, as instructors often offer modifications to accommodate different abilities. Hatha flow not only builds strength and flexibility but also promotes mindfulness and relaxation, making it a holistic practice for both body and mind. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced yogi, Hatha flow offers a balanced and invigorating experience.
• Balinese Massage – Balinese massage is a traditional Indonesian therapy that combines various techniques, including acupressure, reflexology, and aromatherapy. It involves long, flowing strokes, gentle stretching, and deep tissue work to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.     

Day 3:

Check out Process – Pick up in the lobby 5 hours before flight time – Transfer to Airport.
